Private vs. Group Sessions
I teach both private and group yoga and meditation classes and there are benefits to both types.
In group sessions, you are part of a community and that community energy can help to raise your vibration and connect you to like-minded people. Learn more about my weekly group classes and special workshops here.
Private sessions allow you to work around your schedule, get exactly what you need each session, and keep you motivated to continue your practice. I teach private yoga and meditation classes at various locations in New Jersey and I also travel to clients' homes.
