Maybe you're stressed and want to practice some mindfulness techniques and learn how to mediate in a way that's simple and that you will actually do! Meditation is so beneficial for both physical and mental health and I can give you some simple practices, lead you with a guided meditation to calm the mind and body, and if you would like to get some serious restorative rest, then lay down and enjoy a guided yoga nidra session.
If movement is in order, I specialize in gentle, restorative, and therapeutic yoga for beginners and for those who just want to slow down a bit with a practice that's for the mind and body.
Working online together will be super easy (even if you're not tech savvy)! You just need a computer, phone, or ipad with video capabilities. When you book a session you will receive an email with a Zoom link. Then when it's time for our session, click the link and zoom will take you to the screen where we can work together! So amazing.
