Free 5 Day Gratitude Challenge

Join the Mindful Life On Demand Community Facebook Group and start this free 5 day gratitude challenge with us.  There will be something every day to get you started on the path of changing your mindset to focus on all the beautiful things in your life.  And this beautiful, growing community of people in the group are all there to support each other on as we go on this journey.

How to get started

1.  If you're not already a member of the group, use this link and apply to join (check out the group rules before joining).  When you're accepted, say hi to the members and let us know a bit about you if you'd like!

2.  The challenge kicks off on with a free gratitude meditation in the group at 9  AM on Monday.  The replay will be available if you can't make it to the live.  You will receive a checklist that you can print and follow along with to help you commit to this simple, but powerful gratitude practice.

3.  Each day for 5 days this week you will receive journaling prompts, checklists, and other ways of making gratitude part of your everyday life.  And a safe, space to share with like minded people. I am truly learning from this mindful community everyday and can't wait to hear from you!
